Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the federal data protection provisions (Data Protection Act, DPA), every person has the right to protection of their privacy and to protection against misuse of their personal data. The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

Together with our hosting providers, we make every effort to protect our databases as well as possible against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or falsification.

Please note that data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

This website can be visited without registration. We only collect personal data as described in this policy – in particular when you contact us, via the cookie banner, and technically necessary hosting data.

We comply with the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revDPA). Where the EU GDPR is applicable, its requirements apply in addition.

lit. b) Processing of personal data for the performance of a contract with the data subject and for the implementation of corresponding pre-contractual measures.
lit. c) Processing of personal data to fulfil a legal obligation to which we are subject under applicable EU law or under the applicable law of a country in which the GDPR applies in whole or in part.
lit. d) Processing of personal data to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person.
lit. f) Processing of personal data to safeguard the legitimate interests of us or of third parties, unless such interests are overridden by the fundamental freedoms and rights and interests of the data subject. Legitimate interests include, in particular, our business interest in being able to provide our website, information security, the enforcement of our own legal claims, and compliance with Swiss law.

We process personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or purposes. Where longer-term retention obligations apply due to statutory or other obligations we are subject to, we restrict processing accordingly.

This website uses only a small number of clearly defined categories of cookies or locally stored data. We store your choice from the cookie banner locally in your browser (local storage) so that we don't need to ask you again on every visit.

Necessary: required for the website to operate and cannot be deselected, e.g. Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form from spam (see below).

The provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals. This data is not combined with other data sources. We reserve the right to review this data retrospectively if we become aware of specific indications of unlawful use. This data collection primarily serves to evaluate and prevent attempted attacks on the website. For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as inquiries you send to us as the site operator, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. As part of our work as a photographer/videographer, we create image and video recordings on behalf of our clients, which may also depict people.

Purpose: creation, editing and delivery of the agreed image/video material to our clients.
Legal basis: performance of the contract with our client, or their legitimate interest. Obtaining the consent of people depicted is the responsibility of the respective client under our General Terms & Conditions.
Retention period: raw material and recordings are generally retained for up to 12 months after project completion and then deleted, unless otherwise agreed.
Recipients: exclusively the commissioning person/company, unless otherwise agreed.

Individuals depicted in image/video material we have created who have questions about the processing of their data may contact the respective client or us directly.

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email, message, project details) to handle your inquiry.
