Michel Reybier Hospitality is one of Switzerland's most renowned luxury hotel groups, with several properties in Zermatt right at the foot of the Matterhorn. For the Japanese restaurant Myoko, I photographed sushi and sashimi creations as well as the venue's atmospheric setting.
